The CAB supposedly regulated ticket prices and which carriers could fly a particular route. There was no competition and somehow the airlines made money. Our current situation is decidedly different. Is there an option that will allow me to carry my luggage on my lap? And how long should people sit on the tarmac before attempting a mutiny?
